Truck-mounted forklifts boost efficiency in the distribution industry, which is currently needed more than ever. To unload trucks even more quickly, Terberg Kinglifter now introduces a model with a 38 hp Stage V Yanmar engine. This is the first unit on the market with an engine of this power. The higher power saves valuable time during unloading operations.
Terberg Kinglifter designed a completely new chassis to accommodate the larger engine. The unit is available in two versions: the TKS with static mast, and the TKM with moving mast. All the usual Kinglifter options are available: 1 or 3-wheel drive, 4-way operation (side loader), a choice of chassis widths and mast types and heights, fork carriage with side shift, several wheel sizes, etc. This enables the company to tailor the unit perfectly to the customer's application.
The side-mounted controls make mounting the forklift on the truck and demounting it safer and easier. A wireless remote control is available as an option. The driver's seat with gas springs is easy to reach and the high position and good view make the work safer and more comfortable and efficient.
Unloading from one side, a key requirement in certain markets, is facilitated by a moving mast, scissor mast or reach forks.
The Terberg Kinglifter TKS and TKM are available now.
